Party Envy, LLC collects two types of information during your visits to our Site.

Please note that if you choose to post a link to your www.partyenvy.com pictures and products on your own or other’s Sites, or you share your pictures with your friends or family members and they post your share invitation on a Site or forward to other individuals, these pictures may be accessible to others who view or visit these Sites.
We are always looking to improve and update our Site with new and appealing product images. Should Party Envy, LLC desire to utilize an image of a product containing personal photos or images on our Site, we will seek permission from purchaser in order to utilize these images on our Site.
In order to provide quality products, the www.partyenvy.com employees, our Site management team, and other third-party service providers fulfilling your order and providing customer support to you may see your pictures.
f. Service Providers
We work with third parties who provide services, including but not limited to Site hosting, order processing and fulfillment, credit card clearance, e-commerce affiliation, data analysis, emailing and other services of an administrative nature. As a natural consequence of the development of our company, we could be sold to another company. In the event that we are acquired by another company or a significant portion of our assets is sold to another company, all of the customer information including both financial records and consumer information that we have collected may be transferred to the new company.
g. Choice Opt-Out
We do not disclose an individual customer's personally identifiable information to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes if we have received and processed a request from that customer not to have his or her personal information shared for this purpose. Party Envy, LLC sometimes administers online surveys in connection with the Site in which we ask you for demographic information and opinions.
